I have also helped people with many different issues in various counselling services in South West London and overseas, offering short term counselling and long term psychotherapy. I seek to foster a working relationship in which you are helped to explore and manage what is happening in your life in a confidential and non judgemental environment.
I do appreciate how difficult it can be to decide whether or not you need counselling. I will be pleased to provide an initial assessment; this does not mean that you are obliged to continue on to counselling sessions.
