  • ANXIETY is something that we can all feel at times. It can affect your feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

Understand how your anxiety affects you.
Looking at where your anxiety originates from, and what seems to be keeping it going.
Looking at how to challenge your thoughts, and to bring about a more balanced way of managing your life.
Psychotherapy can also help you to face your fears, learn how to relax, and re- build self- esteem.

How do you move on after a RELATIONSHIP ends?
Understanding what went wrong is an important step towards recovery, rather than blaming yourself.
Therapy can help you let go of the past, deal with your feelings and look forward to the future.

    Bereavement/ Loss.

Grieving over a death is a natural and very necessary process.
Psychotherapy can help you understand what grief is. It can offer you support that you need to help you resolve and, manage the pain of mourning.

I do appreciate how difficult it can be to decide whether or not you need counselling/ Psychotherapy. I will be pleased to provide an initial assessment; this does not mean that you are obliged to continue on to counselling sessions.
